Sharon was a family therapist before retiring in 2006, and her short stories deal largely with the messy business of love, family, and relationships. Oh, and watch for the bird. Or birds, her other loves.
In October The Neighbour, which had been shortlisted for the Federation of BC Writers BC/Yukon Short Fiction Contest in May, took second place in the Muskoka Authors Association’s Melody Richardson Memorial Contest.
